Our 1826® frying pan stands out thanks to its tapered base, paying tribute to the two-hundred-year-old saucepan that gave rise to this collection. This set is composed of a 10“ stainless steel frying pan and a 10“ non-stick frying pan.

Its induction-compatible, heat-diffusing base in three superimposed layers (induction stainless steel - aluminum - 18/10 stainless steel) guarantees even heat distribution across its entire surface, so you can sear a piece of meat or sauté a medley of vegetables effortlessly, without the need to add fat.
